Philip PARKER – Drunk Driving

(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On July 5, 2014 at approximately 1:25 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 1999 Ford Ranger that was travelling north bound on McClintock Pvt. near Lake Road in Puslinch Township.

Upon speaking with the driver determined that he had been drinking. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.

The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle impounded for seven days.

Philip PARKER aged 54 of Cambridge has been charged with Over 80 MGS contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 15, 2014 to answer to the charge.
