Peterbilt Semi-Tractor Stolen From Road 86

(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a theft of a Peterbilt Semi-Tractor that occurred in Norwich Township.

Sometime between 6:00 p.m. on Friday November 11, 2016, and 9:45 a.m. on Saturday November 12, 2016, the 2013 white, rebuilt Semi-Tractor was stolen off the lot located on Road 68 near Highway 401. The Semi-Tractor is owned by ED-X Company Limited – Trucking and Excavating. There are no other markings on the vehicle.

The stolen vehicle has an approximate value of $75,000. (Photos attached)

The Oxford OPP is continuing to investigate this theft.

The OPP is asking residents to be vigilant in recognizing suspicious people or vehicles that are in your neighborhoods. It is important for this information to get to police when the suspects may still be in the area.
