(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 29, 2014 at approximately 2:34 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a driving complaint about a 2002 Chevrolet on Highway 7 near Jones Baseline, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police located the vehicle and after speaking with the male driver believed him to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Operations Centre for testing.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Peter DUDNICK age 59 of Port Elgin has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 18, 2014 to answer to the charges.
