(PALMERSTON, ON) – On October 28, 2014 at approximately 10:43 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a male that was walking on Yonge Street in Palmerston and acting suspicious.
While speaking with the male, he surrendered a small quantity of marihuana to police and was placed under arrest. A search was conducted and a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine was located as well as drug paraphernalia.
Joshua COSENS age 31 of Minto Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana and Possession of Methamphetamine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 6, 2015 to answer to the charges.
