(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 23, 2015, just after 1:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 40, near Heritage Line.
The collision occurred when a southbound tractor trailer crossed the centre line and struck the left side of an oncoming northbound Volkswagen car, which was carrying two occupants.
The 36 year old driver and lone occupant of the tractor trailer, Paul YOUNG, from Chatham, has been charged with Careless Driving.
No injuries were reported at scene.
