(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 47 year old man with drinking and driving offences after responding to a traffic complaint at a Hwy #56, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday September 21st, 2013 at approximately 6:00 pm Police were notified by a concerned motorist of a possible impaired driver travelling southbound on Hwy #56 towards Hwy #3. The vehicle was then reported to have turned onto Hwy #3 heading west toward Cayuga.
A description of the vehicle a black 2010 Chev pickup truck was provided to Police with it being located at a Thorburn St. Cayuga, Haldimand County, ON address. The vehicle was stopped and after speaking with the officer, the driver was arrested for Impaired Driving.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of alcohol is 47 year old Paul MOORE of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
