(PETROLIA, ON) Just before 11:00 p.m. on September 20, 2013, Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a GMC motor vehicle on Oil Heritage Line as a result of a separate incident.
During that vehicle stop, OPP determined that the male driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Boyd BROWN, age 23 of Thames Centre, ON was arrested as a result of roadside screening tests. After subsequent breath tests, the male driver was charged with Driving Over the Legal Limit and has an October 15, 2013 Sarnia Court date to speak to the allegation.
