On February 10th, 2014 at approximately 7:30pm, Peterborough County OPP were on routine patrol on Highway 115 in the City of Peterborough when officers observed a motor vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle was stopped on Highway 115 at the Ashburnham Ramp.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, charged is:
Paul Elcheryn, 44 years of age of Gilmour,Ontario
Section 253(1)(a) Criminal Code of Canada – Impaired Driving”
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada – “Over 80 mgs.”
Mr. Elcheryn is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on April 3rd
