(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Simcoe Street, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, March 21, 2015 at approximately 1:36 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after noticing a suspicious male sitting in a motor vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of the Norfolk Mall that appeared to be engaged in an indecent act.
The Norfolk County OPP is continuing the investigation and is seeking the public’s assistance. If anyone has any information that may assist in this investigation they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
