The female suspect arrested yesterday has been identified as 24 year old Taylia Robson of Owen Sound. She has been charged with two counts of Arson- Disregard for Human Life, one count of Arson- Damage to Property and Breach of Probation.
She has been held in custody and will be appearing for a bail hearing this morning.

Second Suspect Arrested in Arson Investigation
Members of the Owen Sound Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch have arrested a second suspect in relation to the arson spree that occurred in the early morning hours of August 10th.
A female was arrested this afternoon near the Owen Sound Courthouse on 9th Avenue East. Additional details on this second arrest will be forthcoming.
Inspector Wurfel states, “Our investigation indicates that we are seeking at least one additional suspect. Although we are making positive strides in our investigation there is still much work to be done”.
“We have significantly diminished the risk to our community in relation to a re-occurrence of these events, however we would like to remind the community to remain vigilant until all suspects are apprehended”.
