(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 12, 2015 at 11:33 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Broadway Street in Kincardine when a Grey Toyota Prius stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-nine-year old Michael LAPOINTE of London was charged with care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 2, 2015 to answer to the charge.
