(EMBRUN, ON) –The Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a collapsed structure located at 371 New York Central Ave in Embrun, Ontario. The building was being disassembled and in the process the roof collapsed.
One male employee from the Russell County Township was treated for minor injuries by Paramedics and he was not transported to hospital. The ministry of labour will be contacted.
Members of the OPP along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the call and Hydro was notified due to the hydro lines being down.
No police investigation required.
