(SOUTH PORCUPINE) – The South Porcupine Ontario Provincial Police have laid drug related charges against two persons stemming from a traffic stop on Hwy 144 in McKeown Twp.
Bradley DUBOIS, 24, of Timmins, has been charged with Stunt Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act in addition to
– one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
– one count of Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– three counts of Utter Death Threats contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Letitia LABELLE, 2O, of no fixed address, has been charged with:
– one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
– one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
Each accused person has been held in police custody awaiting a bail hearing scheduled for this morning..
