(Brockville,ON.) – On the 28th of February 2014 at around 1:30 a.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leeds County saw a tractor trailer being driven in the wrong lanes on County Road 2 west of the city of Brockville.
The officer, after several attempts, was able to get the drivers attention and get the truck stopped.
The officer conducted an investigation at the scene and arrested the male driver.
Roger SOWCHUK, 59 years old of Augusta Township has been charged with Impaired Driving.
He is to appear in Brockville Court on the 14th of March 2014.
