(Chatham-Kent, ON) On the 24th of September, 2013 at 12:20 a.m. the Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2002 Chrysler on the 401 Highway for speeding.
Further investigation revealed that the driver had consumed alcohol and a roadside alcohol test was administered, which he failed and was arrested. Further tests at the Chatham-Kent OPP Detachment determined that the driver was over the legal limit.
Sean MACFAYDEN, a 26 year old Toronto, Ontario man has been charged with Speeding, Drive Motor Vehicle, No Currently Validated Permit and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act and Criminal Code.
