(EARLTON, ON) – Members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial were on patrol on March 9, 2014 and stopped a pick-up truck on 10th Street at approximately 1:00 a.m.
Through investigation a 32-year-old man is facing charges.
Devin BRAGG of Ingram Township is charged for Class G1 Licence holder – drive at unlawful hour – section 5(1) of the Highway Traffic Act and Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero – section 44.1(3) of the Highway Traffic Act.
