On February 2, 2014 at 2:42 a.m., the Guelph Police stopped a motor vehicle on Cork Street. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Nikola POPIC, 26 years of Cambridge has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on February 14, 2014.
