On February 2, 2014 at 12:23 a.m., the Guelph Police stopped a motor vehicle on Woodlawn Road East. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Nathaniel RAINE, 23 years of Waterloo has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on April 1, 2014.
