(BRANT TWP, ON) – On April 18th, 2011 at 6:48 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Highway 9, in Brant Township, stopped a vehicle for speeding. The officer spoke with the driver and noticed that he had been drinking alcohol.
Nicola MALFARA, 53 years, of Kincardine Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 16th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
