(Huron East, ON) On October 30, 2010 at approximately 1:30 am, a traffic stop was made by a Huron OPP officer on Blyth Road in Huron East. While speaking to the driver, the officer detected the odour of fresh marihuana. A bag of suspected marihuana was observed on the floor in the back seat and the passenger claimed ownership of it.
As a result, Nicholas HALLEY (21) of Kitchener has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cannabis Marihuana and two counts of Breach Probation. He will answer to these charges in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on January 7, 2011.
