(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 34-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Dufferin Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, July 22, 2016, at approximately 10:05 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Cedar Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Dufferin Street address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34-year-old Nicholas Alfred MAYES of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension, driving without insurance and driving without a validated permit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
