(HALIBURTON, ON) – There’s a new face in the community for the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). Provincial Constable Dianna DAUPHINEE will be taking over the position of Community Services Officer at the detachment in Minden Ontario as of September 22, 2014. Dianna is in her sixth year of policing, having spent the first four in Pickle Lake, Ontario. Dianna has previous community services experience in Pickle Lake and looks forward to doing the same and meeting the people of Haliburton County. Dianna enjoys the outdoors and is happy to call Haliburton home.
Officer Paul POTTER, known to the students as “O.P.P.†will be assuming his new role as Provincial Coordinator for the Auxiliary Policing Program at OPP General Headquarters in Orillia Ontario. Paul has enjoyed his close ties to the community and the events over the past several years.
