(FERGUS, ON) – On September 19, 2014 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a driving complaint of a possible impaired driver in the town of Fergus.
Officers located the vehicle and male driver of a 2005 Chevrolet van and he showed signs that alcohol was consumed. He was arrested and transported to a local operations centre for testing.
Jan ZIEBA age 51 of Fergus has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code and Drive while Ability Impaired by Alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 10, 2014 to answer to the charges.
