(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Sunday September 28th, 2014, at approximately 6:00pm Quinte West OPP responded to a neighbour dispute on Quinte Drive, just east of Trenton. When officers arrived on scene two males were in a physical altercation. Police investigation revealed that both males brandished weapons during their altercation; however, there were no serious injuries reported.
Brandon Clarke, 20, of Sidney ward was charged with:
Assault with a weapon x2
Uttering threats x2
Fail to comply with court order
Christopher McCormack, 35, of Trenton was charged with:
Utter threats
Assault with a weapon
Both males were arrested at the scene by Quinte West OPP. They were released from Police custody on a Promise to appear with a court date of Thursday November 6th, 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
