(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A vehicle stop conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has resulted in a Toronto man facing a drinking and driving related offence.
On September 27, 2014 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Kawartha Lakes Road 48 near South Mountain Road and determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the investigation Ljubivoj JOSIMOVIC, 32 years of age, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with driving while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on October 30, 2014.
