(Marmora, ON) – On September 22, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P were called to a neighbour dispute on Lajoie Road in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake. It was reported that a male was damaging a gate and a mailbox belonging to his neighbour as well as making threats to harm him. As a result of the investigation 19 year old Luke WELLS of Marmora, ON was arrested and charged with Mischief Under $5000 and Utter Threats to Cause Bodily Harm. He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice Belleville in mid-October.
