(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Friday November 29, 2013 just before 7:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment members were preparing to shut the Main St and King William Streets down in Huntsville in preparation of the Santa Claus Parade. The members observed a Hyundai Tucson leaving a business on King William St that had a front tire missing causing the vehicle to be driven on the rim.
The vehicle was stopped a short distance away and the driver was found to have been drinking. As a result of the investigation Nathaniel PASSFIELD (28yrs) of Bradford-West Guillimbury was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused will appear in Bracebridge court on December 17th to answer to his charges.
