(Township of Douro-Dummer, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Highway 28 yesterday just before 9:00pm. The driver was investigated and was found to be drinking.
Nathan John CONDON (age 39) of Mississauga, ON was arrested and charged with driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 6, 2015.
