(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – An elderly male from Lakeshore, ON has been safely returned to his family thanks to a concerned citizen and quick communication between the Essex and Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
On October 3, 2013 at 8:40 p.m. Middlesex County OPP responded to a report of an erratic driver northbound on Clarke Road by Medway Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre. Police located and stopped the vehicle. Further investigation revealed the male driver was lost and police learned the male was reported missing from Essex County earlier that day.
Arrangements were made and the driver was safely returned to his family. Police are not releasing the name of the driver.
