(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 28 year old male with Stunt driving after stopping a brown 2003 Chevrolet car at a Highway 56, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday February 19th, 2016 at approximately 9:36 pm a Police officer was conducting R.A.D.A.R. patrol on Hwy 56 when a Chevrolet car registered over 50 kilometres per hour (kph) over the posted speed limit of 80 kph.
As a result of the speed the vehicle was stopped and the 28 year old driver identified as Michael KOMARNISKI of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Stunt Driving, fail to surrender licence, and class G1 licence holder – unaccompanied by qualified driver. His driver’s licence has been suspended and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
