(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 38-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Haldimand County Road 9, Hagersville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at approximately 4:37 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Haldimand County Road 9, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 38-year-old Michael James ARMSTRONG, of Haldimand County, Ontario with driving while disqualified, two (2) counts of driving while under suspension and speeding.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
