(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On October 27th, 2016 at approximately 4:15 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were monitoring traffic on Mosley Street in the area of 45th Street and observed an eastbound motor vehicle that was exhibiting signs of impairment.
This vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Michael J. AUBE 54 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is November 29th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
