(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On September 15th, 2013 at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report that a basement apartment at a residence on Martin Street in the Village of Hillsdale had been broken into.
An OPP investigation into this crime revealed that the resident of this apartment had broken into his own apartment and was still inside when Police arrived. Upon Police speaking to this male he was found to be in possession of a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana, mushrooms and clonazepam tablets.
Charged with “Possession for the Purpose – Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuanaâ€Â, “Possession for the Purpose – Schedule IV – Clonazepam†and “Possession Schedule III – mushrooms†is Michael DOYLE 61 years old from Springwater Twp. First appearance is October 22nd, 2013 in Collingwood court.
