(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 59 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences after conducting a traffic stop at a County Road #17, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday October 18th, 2014 at approximately 6:50 pm an officer stopped a suspicious Dodge van. While speaking with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected, which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with over the legal limit of alcohol is 59 year old Melvin KING of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
