(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 140Km/h in the 80km/h zone on Highway 7 near Esson Line shortly before 11:00am yesterday.
Melissa STEADMAN (age 45) of Barrie, ON was charged with Stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. Her driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and her 2016 Dodge Durango SUV rental car was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on January 09, 2017.
