(ESPANOLA, ON)- On November 6, 2016, at approximately 11:58 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Lee Valley road, in the township of Sables-Spanish Rivers.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Jamie WRIGHT, 39 years of age, from Sagamok, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
No brake lights, contrary to section 62(29) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on December 8, 2016.
