(MATTAWA, ON) -On July 5, 2014, at approximately 9:43 p.m., members of the Mattawa Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment conducted a traffic stop on McConnell St, Mattawa.
As a result of an investigation Stuart LEFEBVRE, age 21, of Mattawa was charged with Care and Control with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on July 8, 2014.
