(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – The West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an altercation on Seguin Street in Parry Sound. Police investigation revealed that a male showed a concealed knife to a bus driver and pointed at him.
Police located the accused, Mark PEGAHMAGABOW, 51 years of age of Parry Sound, Ontario, and he was arrested and charged with the following offences;
1. Assault with a Weapon contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
2. Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
3. Breach of Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was held in custody to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound.
