(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 42 year old male after police were called to a Highway 24, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, December 4, 2014 at approximately 6:43 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle on Highway 24 that entered the ditch south of Thompson Road West. As a result, members of the Norfolk County Detachment located the vehicle and through investigation arrested and charged the driver.
Charged with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit is 42 year old Adam James Thomson MCGILL of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
