(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) – On Tuesday October 8, 2013 at approximately 12:37 pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Trafalgar Road, Hillsburgh, Town of Erin. The driver of a 2006 Chevrolet van entered into the checkpoint. Officers discovered a large quantity of fresh marihuana and the driver was arrested.
George KATERBERG age 47 of Halton Hills has been charged with Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking over 3kg, and Produce Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 19, 2013 to answer to the charges.
