Marigolds & Seeds Stolen In Ripley

(RIPLEY, ON) – On June 21, 2018 at 7:41 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of mischief and theft from the Botanical Gardens located along Park Street in the village of Ripley. Sometime between 6:00 p.m. on June 19, 2018 and 7:00 a.m. on June 20, 2018, an out building on the property was forcibly entered and a second outbuilding had some graffiti painted on the exterior. The list of stolen items includes marigold flowers, a quantity of heritage seeds and a quantity of cash from a donation box. The value of the stolen property is estimated to be more than $1,000.
