(AMELIASBURG, ON) – Prince Edward County OPP is releasing the identity of a man who died in hospital after falling through the ice on Robin Lake, Ameliasburgh Township.
James ERVINE (46) of Ameliasburgh Township fell through the ice on Roblin Lake while skating with a family member. The family member was safely rescued from the water.
The OPP want to remind everyone to use extreme caution around lakes and rivers. Treat all ice as unsafe unless you have proven otherwise.
