(INVERARY, ON) – On January 23, 2016 at approximately 11:05AM, members of the Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call that a man riding a Kubota had fallen through the ice on Inverary Lake.
Two males were traveling together on separate vehicles when one unit broke through the ice. The second driver attempted to assist him but also went into the icy water. He was able to get out.
The OPP Under Water Search and Recovery Unit attended and located Carl FOSTER, 69 of South Frontenac, ON, deceased.
