(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Sunday August 19th, 2013 around 9:00pm Police received a call that a male on a motorcycle was chasing their vehicle on Loyalist Parkway in the City of Quinte West. The male on the motorcycle was driving erratically and yelling at the occupants in the vehicle. The man on the motorcycle was known to the victims. As a result of the investigation, 41 year old Timothy Down of Ameliasburgh was charged with criminal harassment, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and uttering threats to damage property. He is set for a bail hearing this morning in Belleville court.
