The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his probation order.
In July 2012, the man entered into a Probation Order with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was not to associate or communicate with a specific Wheatley woman.
On December 14, 2013, the man attended the woman’s residence although not authorized to do so. Police were notified however the man left prior to their arrival.
Yesterday morning, police located the man in Tilbury East Township and he was arrested for breaching his probation order. The 54-year-old Wheatley man was released pending a future court date.
