Renfrew OPP officers investigated after a complaint was received from a school official in Renfrew that a male was seen driving around the school while committing an indecent act. Following the police investigation Neil STROUD 62 of North Algona Wilberforce Township was charged with committing an indecent act in a public place. He was released on a promise to appear in court in Renfrew on December 12. Provincial Constable Dave Peace investigated.
