(THE BLUE MOUNTAINS, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged a male as a result of an investigation in regards to incidents of threats.
The investigation was in relation to incidents where threats were made against Blue Mountain Resort security officers. The male was subsequently arrested over the course of the weekend for the said incidents.
Charged is 48 year-old Michael ELLINGER of The Blue Mountains, he was charged with 9 counts of uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm and is to appear in Owen Sound court on the 14th of August 2014.
