(Bancroft, Ontario) – At approximately 1:41 a.m. on Friday September 12th 2014, officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 62 in the Town of Bancroft. Officers attended the location where the arrested and adult male driver for care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired.
22 year old Brett WADSWORTH of Bancroft, Ontario has been charged with care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired. He was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 21st of October 2014.
