(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to an address on the Second Line of Asphodel-Norwood Township Friday just before 10:30am.
During the night of September 10, 2015 and the early morning of September 11, 2015 unknown suspect(s) removed two Beagle-cross hunting dogs (a male and a female) from Second Line address. The female Beagle was expecting puppies in the next five weeks.
Investigators are actively looking for information that may lead to a suspect or suspect(s) in this case. Police urge the public to call in tips on this case, or others, to the non-emergency line (888) 310-1122 or to crime stoppers.
