(Bancroft, Ontario) – On the 05th of October 2014, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a theft from a seasonal residence on Conservation Drive in the Municipality of Highlands East. A Tamahawk kayak was reported stolen from the property.
Investigation into this incident has resulted in charges being laid against an adult male.
24 year old Lyndon PAUZE of Cardiff, Ontario was arrested and has been charged with theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property. He was released from custody at a bail hearing with conditions. His next scheduled court appearance is on December 09th 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario.
